What you'll do

• Lead and supervise restoration technicians
• coordinate field crews and daily work
• perform and oversee water, fire, mold, storm, specialty cleaning, demolition, and other restoration services
• mobilize crews and equipment
• monitor quality, safety, productivity, labor, and materials
• document project activity
• communicate with customers and project stakeholders
• train and mentor technicians
• participate in on-call rotations and emergency response
• travel for large-loss and storm projects.
