The role also maintains client communication and case records and helps transition appropriate matters to litigation.

What you'll do

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• evaluate claims and develop case strategies
• prepare and review settlement demands, medical records, damages documentation, and case materials
• negotiate settlements
• communicate with clients about case status
• provide legal advice in compliance with laws and ethical standards
• conduct legal research
• collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and attorneys
• address complex case issues and assist with appropriate litigation transitions
• maintain timely case documentation.

Why this role
