Licensed Therapist, Mental Health and Substance Use

The therapist provides individual, family, and group counseling and clinical interventions to support recovery, wellness, and self-sufficiency. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary treatment team and care partners to develop individualized treatment and aftercare plans.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and family therapy to an assigned caseload
• conduct group therapy and biopsychosocial assessments and screenings
• assist with admissions
• develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches
• participate in daily clinical meetings
• document care in electronic records
• collaborate with case managers and support providers on aftercare plans
• communicate with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
• maintain documentation standards, professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality.

Why this role

Requires a Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license, or Registered Intern status; more than one year of experience with mental health and substance use diagnoses; group facilitation and multidisciplinary-team experience; and a Level 2 background check and drug test. Bilingual ability is preferred.
