The Associate Technical Consultant — Data Center Storage role is onsite in Nashville, TN. AHEAD builds digital-business platforms and supports enterprise digital transformation. Working within the Storage Delivery Practice, the consultant helps implement and operate enterprise data-center infrastructure. The role contributes to deployments from planning through implementation and knowledge transfer, supporting technical quality and customer outcomes alongside project teams and senior colleagues.

What you'll do

• Install and configure data-center hardware and storage infrastructure
• deploy SAN infrastructure
• create and maintain solution designs, implementation plans, operating procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials
• support delivery meetings, cutovers, and escalations
• collaborate with project managers, architects, account teams, and customers
• assist with post-implementation knowledge transfer and issue review.
