Senior Mechanical Project Manager — Commercial Construction

The Senior Mechanical Project Manager — Commercial Construction role is onsite in Corpus Christi, TX. Salary is $130,000–$180,000 per year. WRS Mechanical is hiring for a mechanical subcontractor to lead large, complex commercial mechanical construction projects. The role oversees project delivery and financial performance across HVAC, plumbing, piping, and sheet metal work. It contributes to safe, quality project execution by coordinating procurement, schedules, project documentation, and relationships with contractors, owners, and engineers, while mentoring project staff.

What you'll do

• Lead a portfolio of commercial mechanical projects, including design-build and plan-and-spec work
• manage budgets, forecasts, schedule of values, billing, and margins
• lead buyout, procurement, and subcontract negotiations
• manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and claims
• mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers
• coordinate with general contractors, owners, and engineers
• oversee MEP coordination using Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit MEP
• champion jobsite safety and quality.
