The Seasonal Full-Time Driver and Event Setup role is onsite in Thousand Palms, CA, and pays $18–$25 per hour. Bright Event Rentals supports weddings, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and sporting productions with rental equipment and event services. The role exists to help events run smoothly by delivering, installing, and collecting rental equipment at client sites. The driver/installer prepares routes at the warehouse, operates company vehicles, loads and unloads equipment, sets up and dismantles event items, confirms quantities, communicates with Dispatch, and returns equipment and paperwork. Work may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event needs.

What you'll do

• Operate company vehicles safely
• complete delivery, pickup, and transfer routes
• inspect vehicles and report concerns
• load and unload rental equipment
• install and dismantle event equipment
• confirm quantities and event details
• communicate route progress and changes to Dispatch
• provide professional client service
• follow setup and safety instructions
• organize vehicles and return equipment and paperwork.
