• Welcome and assist patients

• enter patient and insurance information
• provide preparation instructions
• register and check in patients
• confirm appointments
• coordinate schedule changes
• maintain patient documents
• collect payments
• verify insurance and assist with authorization requests and follow-up
• support billing corrections and route complex issues appropriately
• protect confidentiality and follow HIPAA and practice policies.
