What you'll do

• Build and maintain referral relationships
• acquire clients and support satisfaction
• coordinate with office staff
• liaise among physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, patients, nurses, community resources, and the parent agency
• develop relationships with case managers and discharge planners
• conduct sales calls and presentations
• identify admission barriers
• coordinate referral-to-admission activity
• use territory analysis to identify opportunities and increase market share
• meet production goals and participate in meetings.
