The role provides sound credit recommendations and portfolio oversight while supporting the development of analyst and associate colleagues.

What you'll do

• Oversee an assigned commercial loan portfolio and identify emerging risks
• conduct credit reviews, risk ratings, and portfolio monitoring
• manage covenant compliance, reporting, renewals, amendments, and bank group coordination
• analyze borrower performance, liquidity, leverage, and cash flow
• evaluate waivers, acquisitions, refinancings, and restructurings
• develop risk mitigation strategies for challenged credits
• review credit documentation with legal counsel
• maintain sponsor and borrower relationships
• participate in underwriting, due diligence, transaction structuring, credit committee presentations, and syndication
• mentor analyst and associate team members.
