What you'll do

• Assess client needs and prepare case information
• obtain required documentation and make referrals
• update forms and enter case records
• support center programs and seasonal assistance
• manage walk-in clients and phone calls
• coordinate volunteers
• assist with grant writing and fundraising
• process invoices and payment paperwork
• submit reports and statistics
• maintain office supplies and shared spaces
• report facility issues
• support thrift store organization, clothing programs, volunteer scheduling, cash management, and donation transport.
