Director of Project Management (Delivery)

The Director of Project Management (Delivery) role is hybrid, based at RP3’s Bethesda, MD headquarters, and is available to candidates in Central and Eastern time zones. What you'll do

• Lead the Delivery team’s vision, standards, priorities, and improvement roadmap
• manage intake, prioritization, and delivery reviews
• personally manage creative projects from brief through closeout
• maintain schedules and records in Scoro
• coordinate reviews, approvals, production handoffs, and client delivery discussions
• forecast capacity with Talent/HR and discipline leaders
• partner on estimates, scopes, budgets, and staffing
• track project financial health and scope changes
• improve workflows and reporting
• develop delivery team members.
