What you'll do

• Prepare probate petitions, oaths, filings, estate inventories, accountings, closing documents, and small-estate affidavits for attorney review
• gather and organize client information

• coordinate client meetings and hearing preparation
• track statutory and court deadlines
• maintain a reference guide to local court requirements
