What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end ERP modernization delivery

• manage vendor staffing using a ramp-up/ramp-down model
• prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports
• coordinate with the PGCPS ERP Project Manager
• lead executive and Board-level briefings as needed
• ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud best practices and public-sector delivery standards.
