What you'll do

• Supervise House Supervisors and Patient Sitters
• establish schedules and assignments to maintain staffing coverage
• coordinate staffing with the Staffing Coordinator and Nurse Managers
• adjust schedules for illness, emergencies, or census changes
• assist with patient care as needed
• respond to emergencies and resuscitations
• oversee admissions, transfers, discharges, and bed assignments
• address complaints and conflicts
• support infection prevention, regulatory readiness, and staff development.
