What you'll do

• Prepare, edit, format, and assemble proposal documents and graphics
• coordinate proposal schedules and administrative functions
• create proposal section outlines, templates, and formats
• coordinate access controls with Security and IT
• collect cost, schedule, and performance inputs
• facilitate proposal team communications
• support compliance matrices and requirement tracking
• prepare oral proposal materials
• incorporate review comments
• support storyboard and section reviews
• assist with writing and editing across proposal volumes.
