Plant Health Care Specialist

Job overview

The Plant Health Care Specialist role is onsite in Waterford, MI. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. SavATree provides tree, shrub, and lawn care services focused on preservation and care. The specialist monitors, diagnoses, and treats tree and shrub health issues within an assigned territory. Through inspections, appropriate treatments, safe equipment use, and client education, the role supports plant health and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Inspect plant material and identify pests, diseases, or other concerns
• select and apply appropriate treatments
• prepare written diagnostic reports and educate clients about their landscapes
• operate spray and application equipment safely
• work independently to support customer satisfaction
• complete required training and pursue necessary certifications and licenses.
