IT Support Technician

What you'll do

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• troubleshoot hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues
• provide onsite and remote user support
• respond to and document help desk tickets
• administer user accounts and permissions
• assist with LAN, Wi-Fi, and network infrastructure
• perform updates and routine maintenance
• maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation
• support security practices.
