Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative works onsite in Creedmoor, NC, in an office environment. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour. The role supports the sales team by helping retain accounts and maintain customers’ safety equipment. The representative contacts existing customers about manufacturer-recommended equipment maintenance, presents warranty and service options for consideration, and maintains accurate account records.
