What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries and problems with accurate information or direct them to a supervisor

• enter transportation, pickup, appointment, address, and related data with an error rate of 1% or less
• document trip authorization
• stay current on procedure changes
• follow the work schedule to handle call volume and contractual requirements.
