What you'll do

• Provide customer service to guests
• maintain cleanliness of the serving line, dining room, restrooms, back of house, and storage areas
• learn menu ingredients, assembly, sides, drinks, and seasonal items
• present menu items according to FUSIAN standards and procedures
• share the FUSIAN concept and story
• follow recipes and procedures to maintain food safety standards.
