The Facility Supervisor role is onsite in New Bedford, MA. Pay is $24–$28 per hour. FMC Ice Sports operates public ice-skating arenas and ice-based programs in Massachusetts communities. The role supervises staff and facility operations to keep the arena clean, safe, and healthy for the public. It maintains the ice surface and facility, supports staffing and training, and helps deliver arena programs and customer service; the schedule includes nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed.

What you'll do

• Maintain and secure the facility
• make and maintain the ice surface and arena
• complete required logs
• ensure regular cleaning
• support scheduling and payroll as determined by the General or Arena Manager
• train new hires with management and operations personnel
• oversee facility operators and support staff
• and operate an ice resurfacer.
