What you'll do

• Lead client tastings
• collaborate with the Executive Chef on seasonal and custom event menus
• supervise and mentor kitchen staff
• oversee kitchen operations for tastings, VIP events, and key functions
• work with sales and event planning teams to translate client preferences into culinary experiences
• maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• manage specialty ingredient inventory, sourcing, and quality control
• keep current with food trends and techniques.
