What you'll do

• Assist the Executive Chef with kitchen operations
• lead food production and expedite orders
• conduct daily line checks
• assist with daily specials
• ensure recipes, plating guides, and portions are followed
• train and mentor kitchen staff
• support BOH/FOH communication and staff scheduling
• monitor labor, food costs, and inventory
• implement waste reduction and portion control
• enforce food safety and sanitation
• maintain kitchen equipment and oversee closing procedures.
