Bilingual Medical Assistant is an onsite role in Orem, UT, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. Vamos Health provides primary care and navigation services in Spanish and English through a membership model. The assistant supports primary care by coordinating appointments, preparing patients and exam rooms, collecting clinical information and specimens, assisting physicians, and helping patients understand care and lifestyle guidance. The role also supports patient intake, membership education, payments, and follow-up coordination.

What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and follow-ups
• explain the membership model and collect payments
• conduct new-patient intake and update medical files
• arrange hospitalization or off-site testing
• explain procedures and prepare patients for exams
• collect specimens and assist physicians during exams and procedures
• teach patients about medications, diets, exercise, and lifestyle changes
• administer vaccinations and draw blood
• welcome patients and answer or refer inquiries
• prepare exam room instruments, supplies, and equipment.
