What you'll do

• Foster a culture of trust, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage OpEx systems to drive KPIs and accountability.
• Partner with safety professionals to eliminate unsafe operations.
• Maintain records, reports, and KPIs.
• Manage staffing, equipment, and training needs.
• Develop long-term strategic plans.
• Coach and mentor direct reports.
• Partner with HR for training.
• Manage plant budget.
• Identify methods to improve productivity and reduce waste.
