What you'll do

• Maintain constant engagement with and supervision of individuals
• implement programs based on each person’s individual plan
• use Applied Behavior Analysis and structured Behavior Support Plans
• use other approaches selected by the team
• respond to potential crises involving self-injury, aggression, or disruptive behavior
• document and communicate as required.

Why this role

Scheduled Sunday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 4 p.m. to midnight; off Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
