What you'll do

• Perform repair-order work to dealership and manufacturer standards
• diagnose malfunctions and make repairs
• coordinate with the Parts department
• inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs
• communicate with Service Advisors
• document work and recommendations
• determine labor times and quotes
• road-test vehicles when required
• attend manufacturer training
• maintain tools and a clean shop
• follow safety and regulatory requirements.
