Learning and Development Facilitator & Instructional Designer

What you'll do

• Facilitate instructor-led training in person and virtually using established curricula
• facilitate learning on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, change management, conflict resolution, performance management, and inclusive workplace practices
• foster psychologically safe participation
• manage group dynamics and sensitive discussions
• develop facilitator guides, workbooks, presentations, job aids, and supporting resources
• apply adult learning principles and instructional design methods such as ADDIE and SAM
• collaborate with subject matter experts
• evaluate feedback and learning metrics
• provide observations and recommendations to program leaders
• maintain attendance, evaluation, and training records. In-person facilitation may require statewide travel.
