Patient Registration/Billing Coordinator

What you'll do

• Welcome patients and visitors
• register new and returning patients
• verify demographic, insurance, and identification information
• check eligibility, benefits, and prior authorizations
• explain coverage and payment expectations
• collect and process payments
• answer calls
• maintain privacy
• prepare reports and statements
• maintain financial records
• process third-party reimbursements
• support office operations, census reporting, and supply coordination.
