What you'll do

• Coordinate complex patient care, including device-monitor scheduling and result tracking
• prepare for and assist with in-clinic procedures
• monitor and report lab results and health logs
• schedule peer-to-peer insurance authorizations and submit electronic medication prior authorizations
• coordinate appointments before hospital discharge
• perform additional higher-functioning departmental duties.
