What you'll do
- Inspect gym facilities for maintenance needs
- maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fitness equipment
- maintain pools and balance aquatic-facility chemicals
- respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
- coordinate priorities with management
- work with external vendors
- document maintenance activities
- assist with preventive maintenance programs
