After School Youth Program Assistant

The After School Youth Program Assistant works onsite in Elgin, IL, part time, Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Pay is $15 per hour. The role supports Hanover Township’s Prevention Services programming and its mission of serving youth through positive role modeling and safety. Under the After-School Program Coordinator’s direction, the assistant implements programming and supervises participants. The role promotes youth safety and engagement by applying Positive Youth Development and Restorative Practices in individual and group interactions.
