The Immigration Paralegal role is in person in Silver Spring, MD. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. Coordinating accurate documents and deadlines helps attorneys advance client matters before EOIR and USCIS.

What you'll do

• Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents with EOIR and USCIS
• draft motions, affidavits, declarations, and correspondence
• maintain accurate client case files and deadlines
• conduct legal research and compile supporting documentation
• communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates
• coordinate with attorneys on case strategy and hearing, interview, and filing preparation
• monitor case status and follow up with government agencies.

Why this role

Spanish and English fluency is required. Requires at least two years of immigration paralegal experience, including EOIR and USCIS cases. Asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers, U Visa, and adjustment-of-status experience are preferred.
