What you'll do

• Process and reconcile payroll using ADP Run
• review payroll for accuracy
• prepare and reconcile invoices
• perform billing and accounts receivable
• research billing and payment discrepancies
• reconcile services against authorizations and records
• review VA billing through Optum
• verify Medicaid authorizations through HHA Exchange
• use SwyftOps for billing and reporting
• maintain accurate records and communicate with management, staff, payors, and platform support.
