What you'll do

• Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails
• guide clients through stone selection and ring purchases
• advise on the 4Cs, diamond types, settings, and bands
• provide recommendations by phone, website, video chat, and in person
• meet sales goals
• maintain client relationships
• work with the house gemologist to source and present diamonds.
