Senior Business Analyst, Application Modernization

It contributes to delivery by aligning business stakeholders, product partners, and technical teams on scope, implementation, and validation.

What you'll do

• Document existing application requirements and verify critical functionality is captured
• gather, analyze, prioritize, and trace requirements to legislative and policy requirements
• identify system improvements and recommend solutions
• write user stories and acceptance criteria
• coordinate with technical teams and evaluate technical approaches
• support change management, adoption, and training
• identify risks, dependencies, and impediments
• lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing and other testing
• provide status updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
