What you'll do

• Lead driver onboarding, training, ride-alongs, and coaching
• supervise and develop Route Drivers
• coordinate route coverage
• monitor route performance and customer satisfaction
• enforce safety policies and DOT regulations
• review inspections and documentation
• investigate incidents
• maintain training and compliance records
• assist with recruiting and workforce planning
• perform Route Driver duties when needed.
