The Lifestyle Assistant is an onsite role based in Milwaukee, WI. Compensation is $15.26–$21.00 per hour, supporting the lifestyle team at Lifespace Communities, a nonprofit senior living organization. This role exists to create meaningful, personalized experiences for residents. The assistant plans and leads daily activities, fosters one-on-one relationships, and helps coordinate group outings to enrich the lives of older adults.

What you'll do

• Plan, lead, and motivate residents to participate in daily activities.
• Maintain accurate records of participation.
• Establish one-on-one relationships.
• Assist in planning and implementing programs.
• Organize group trips.
• Create and maintain the monthly event calendar.
