Functional Family Therapist

It contributes to sustained behavior change by helping families address challenging behavior and supporting youth ages 10–18 through a treatment course of three to six months.

What you'll do

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the Functional Family Therapy model and principles
• use strengths-based approaches, interrupt blame and negativity in family meetings, and reframe as needed
• participate in evidence-based training and weekly individual and group supervision
• maintain a current driver’s license and clean driving record.
