CNC Operator

The CNC Operator role is onsite in Houston, TX. Compensation is stated as up to $25.00 per hour. The position supports manufacturing of precision metal components. What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC machines
• load and unload materials, fixtures, tooling, and parts
• interpret blueprints, work orders, and machining instructions
• select and install cutting tools and fixtures
• adjust tool offsets and machines
• monitor machine operation and tool wear
• inspect first-piece, in-process, and final parts using precision measuring equipment
• identify quality issues and adjust or notify a supervisor
• deburr and finish components
• maintain production and quality records
• perform routine maintenance and follow safety and production procedures.
