What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing department operations
• lead, coach, and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• monitor clinical outcomes and quality improvement
• support infection prevention and control
• participate in QAPI, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• assist with survey preparation and responses
• investigate incidents and resident concerns
• oversee clinical documentation
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• serve as Director of Nursing in their absence.
