What you'll do

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions
• complete psychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans
• identify clinical and case management needs
• educate clients and support members about treatment and recovery
• provide primary case management for designated clients
• maintain client records in accordance with licensure, Joint Commission, and Medicaid requirements
• communicate with admissions, case management, and discharge planning staff
• present workshops and training
• participate in team meetings
• assume on-call responsibilities according to schedule or when designated
• attend court proceedings on behalf of clients when needed.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m.–8:30 p.m., in 10-hour shifts. Requires a qualifying credential or license, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days; an associate degree plus tCADC/CADC is also listed as a qualification path. Sign-on bonus is $8,000 for non-license tCADC/CADC candidates or $10,000 for first- or second-level license holders.
