What you'll do

• Develop short- and long-term talent strategies
• conduct workforce planning and forecast hiring needs
• implement recruiting methods and build talent pipelines
• advise on market trends, metrics, processes, systems, and tools
• analyze recruiting data and prepare reports
• partner with HR on onboarding and training
• evaluate employer branding strategies
• monitor hiring metrics and goals
• prepare and review the annual recruitment budget
• establish recruitment policies and procedures
• support job description and interview-process development
• manage performance and development of recruitment managers and team members.
