The Pharmacist role is onsite in Beachwood, OH. Compensation is $110,000–$135,000 per year. The pharmacist supports pharmacy operations and the preparation and delivery of compounded and traditional medications. The role exists to ensure pharmaceutical products are prepared and delivered with accuracy and quality while overseeing and developing pharmacy technicians. It also supports safe workflow through prescription processing, patient and provider consultation, and inventory management, with staff pharmacists reporting to the Pharmacist in Charge.

What you'll do

• Direct and oversee pharmacy and pharmacy technician operations
• train, develop, and monitor department staff
• apply compounding techniques outlined in USP 795 and USP 800
• process prescriptions using pharmacy software
• consult with patients and providers about compounded and traditional medications
• manage inventory and supplies
• prepare quality compounds with appropriate strength, purity, packaging, and labeling.
