The Child & Play Therapist (12 and Under) role is onsite in Brownsburg, IN. Compensation is $40,000–$75,000 per year. What you'll do

• Provide individual therapy to children ages 3–12 using play therapy and developmentally appropriate interventions within training and scope
• complete assessments and individualized treatment plans
• support children with anxiety, grief, trauma, emotional regulation, school, relationship, and family-transition concerns
• partner with caregivers through consultation, education, and family sessions when appropriate
• adapt care to sensory needs, neurodivergence, culture, and family structure
• coordinate with schools and providers when authorized
• maintain clinical records
• assess safety concerns
• participate in consultation, staffing, and supervision as applicable.
