The Medication Technician — CNA/HCA, Memory Care role is onsite in Burlington, WA; pay is $23–$27 per hour. The role also documents care, reports changes, supports resident independence and engagement, and communicates with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

What you'll do

• Assist with prescribed medication administration as outlined in care plans
• document care and report changes in resident status
• manage medication inventory and storage and coordinate reorders and deliveries
• assist with activities of daily living
• provide emotional support and companionship
• encourage participation in life enrichment activities
• promote communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
