What you'll do

• Provide direct care to laboring patients through delivery and postpartum recovery
• monitor maternal and fetal vital signs and respond to changes
• administer medications and IV fluids and perform physician-ordered interventions
• collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and the healthcare team
• educate and support patients and families
• follow hospital policies and standards of care.
