What you'll do

• Prepare food using standardized recipes and production worksheets, including special diets
• follow food handling, storage, sanitation, and infection-control procedures
• test and record food and storage temperatures
• serve meals with correct portions and presentation
• clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
• ensure residents receive meals
• support kitchen operations and close the kitchen when assigned.
