What you'll do

• Lead and mentor up to six team members
• build, expand, and upgrade wireless infrastructure
• interpret site and construction documents
• install and troubleshoot equipment
• report defects and hazards
• document labor and material costs
• complete site audits and inventory
• operate RF, PIM, and fiber test equipment
• develop rigging plans
• coordinate labor and materials
• maintain quality and schedule.
