What you'll do

• Lead process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization
• develop process maps and work instructions
• identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• establish process governance
• deliver Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud functionality through production deployment and adoption
• facilitate stakeholder workshops
• translate operational needs into scalable solutions
• develop KPIs and SLAs
• conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
